Eye Spy with my little eye...something beginning with J
Japanese Dolls. This is part of my collection.
They have slowly been moved up higher and higher as Mr Jack grows taller and taller.

Love the photo of your Japanese doll collection. I have a wooden one with a head that bobbles on a loose peg that my father brought back from occupied Japan. I am not familiar with the term Kokeshi dolls, so I don't know if this is an early one or a precursor. I posted a couple of pictures of my doll on my blog on Valentine's Day.
